Have you ever heard of such a thing? I hadn't either, until dinner last night. We went to a restaurant in our resort for the first time (splurged) and split the sea bass that was served to us on this elusive plate. It came to the table warm, a thick block of salt (and Himalayan at that). Not entirely sure what it added to the meal, other than impressive presentation. But it was a great way to end our short stay in Spain. And, ironically, it wasn't too salty!
