brb it's a birthday

while i am, in fact, busy in the kitchen today, it's because i'm making brownies that are very UN-particular. what the birthday boy wants, the birthday boy gets. so this post is just to say - hello and goodbye. i'll be back tomorrow with the recipe for tonight's dinner - a goat's cheese cannelloni. (no, not CANNOLI, cannelloni!) sidenote: i had lunch at the wolseley on piccadilly today with my grandma. it is such a beautiful and special place! i recommend the crawfish salad :)
