This must be the summer of the popsicle! This time, it's a yummy layered frozen treat with only TWO ingredients. Yep. Couldn't be easier.
If you're going strawberry picking this June and aren't sure what to do with the ones you didn't munch on the car ride home (or if you're like my son, you probably ate more than you picked right there at the farm), puree them and make these for a hot day!
And because there's no added sugar or junk, there's no reason why you and your kids can't enjoy these for breakfast this summer. Maybe pair with some homemade granola or a muffin, and you've got a great set-up for the day!
Strawberries & Cream Popsicles
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup whole milk greek yogurt
Blend the strawberries until a smooth puree is formed.
Alternate layers of the strawberry puree and the yogurt into the popsicle molds, and freeze for at least an hour before serving.
