Farm camp is in full swing for my kiddo, so I've found lots of good stuff to share this week:

- Speaking of grilling things on sticks, I'm all in for these maple dijon grilled brussels sprouts. I love a crispy sprout.
- Check out my insta story for a quick and easy cold noodle salad with shrimp and avocado! We used thin rice noodles but your favorite noodle cooked and cooled would work great.
- Health At Every Size is a concept I've been familiar with for a long while now, but after reading the eponymous book, I'm ALL IN. This is such a powerful movement for anyone who has struggled with dieting, disordered eating, weight gain, weight loss, body shaming... so EVERY SINGLE WOMAN (and most men) in our Western, over-marketed world. It is right in line with mindful/intuitive eating, something I recommend to almost all of my clients, but takes the shame/guilt piece away.
