Have you come across Dr. Kristin Neff? I’ve been going on a deep dive through her guided meditations and talks on Youtube. Not only are her messages so important and so supportive, but her voice is like butter and instantly chills me out.
Following on from last week when I threw out our scale, I’ve decided to delete any fitness or diet tracking apps from my phone (some of which I used to use with clients) and purged my cookbook shelves of any books related to a restrictive diet that no longer serves me. #dietculturesucks
It’s brussels sprouts season! This salad looks so delicious (basically, put manchego on anything and I’m in)
